    Chairman, Maccabi Healthcare Services & Chairman, Assuta Ashdod Hospital – Ran Saar (Sahar)


    Ran Saar (Sahar) has been the Chairman of Maccabi Healthcare Services since 2021.
    He also serves as Chairman of the Executive Board at Assuta Ashdod Public Hospital.
    Ran Saar (Sahar) joined Maccabi Healthcare Services in 2001, initially serving as Head of the Sharon District and later as Head of the Central District. In 2011, he was appointed CEO, a position he held until 2021.
    Before joining Maccabi, Ran Saar (Sahar) spent about 24 years in the Prime Minister's Office, holding various senior positions.
    Ran Saar (Sahar) graduated from the National Security College and holds a Master's Degree in political science from the University of Haifa. He lives in Ra'anana, is married to Iris, father of four sons and grandfather of four.

  • General Director - Dr. Erez Barenboim

    General Director - Dr. Erez Barenboim

    An expert in internal medicine, with a specialization in medical administration, Dr. Barenboim studied medicine as part of the IDF academic reserves program. After an extensive career in the IDF, he was discharged in 2015 with the rank of Colonel, having held a series of command positions in Health and Air Force and Medical Corps operations.

    Dr. Barenboim also served as Assistant to the CEO of Sheba Hospital, as well as Assistant to the Chief Administrator of Technologies and Medical Infrastructure in the Ministry of Health. Before joining Assuta, Dr. Barenboim worked in the Clalit Health Services Hospital Division, where he served as Deputy Director of Meir Medical Center and served as Director of Beit Rivka Hospital.

  • Deputy Director -  Dr. Hagit Sarbagil-Maman

    Deputy Director - Dr. Hagit Sarbagil-Maman

    Dr. Hagit Sarbagil-Maman holds a medical degree from the Technion School of Medicine and a master's degree in health systems administration from Ben-Gurion University.
    Hagit is an expert in internal medicine and rheumatology and works as a senior rheumatologist at Ichilov Hospital.
    She began her medical studies as part of the IDF Academic Reserve and later held a number of significant positions in the Medical Corps and the Military Ombudsman up to the rank of Lt. Colonel, as part of her military service.
    Dr. Hagit Sarbagil-Maman arrives at Assuta Ashdod Hospital from the Central District of Maccabi Health Services - where she served as regional medical
    director.

  • Deputy Director -  Eliad Aviram

    Deputy Director - Eliad Aviram

    Dr. Eliad Aviram is an expert in ear, nose and throat diseases and head and neck surgery. He graduated from medical school and holds a master's degree in health systems management from Ben-Gurion University.
    He completed his medical studies as part of the Israel Defense Forces' academic reserve program, and since completing his studies, he has served in a series of operational medical positions in the Medical Corps and Air Force. In his most recent role, he served in a senior position in the Air Force's medical corps, and in his previous position, he served as a divisional medical officer in the Central Command. Dr. Aviram served in the Medical Corps for about 20 years in various roles and accumulated extensive managerial and medical experience.

  • Chief Financial Officer, Administration and Service - Noa Foerster

    Chief Financial Officer, Administration and Service - Noa Foerster

    CPA Noa Forster has a bachelor's degree in economics and accounting from the University of Haifa and a master's degree in law from Bar-Ilan University. She worked at the accounting firm Somekh Chaikin and then moved to Clalit Health Services in various senior roles. After 17 years at Clalit, she transitioned to the Shiba Medical Center and served as the Deputy Director of Economics, Control, Budgeting, and Medical Administration. After 10 years of work there, she became the Deputy Director of Finance, Administration and Service at the public Assuta Ashdod Hospital. CPA Noa Forster is an expert in health economics with over 30 years of experience in the healthcare system.

  • Head of Operations – Shai Shriki

    Head of Operations – Shai Shriki

    Shai Shriki holds a bachelor's degree in orientalism and a master's degree in health systems administration, after 25 years of service in the IDF in command and management positions in the IDF medical system, and has extensive experience in the field of public health in both health funds and hospitals.
    In recent years, Shriki has served as Operations Manager of the Assuta Centers Imaging and Nuclear Medicine Division and was a partner in the establishment of Assuta Ashdod Hospital, mainly in the following areas: construction, recruitment, procurement and development of work procedures and their implementation, as well as providing service to various patients in such matters.
    As of 2020, he serves as the head of the operations department at Assuta Ashdod, and as part of his role, is responsible for the operation of the Hospital in various aspects of operation and logistics.

  • Director of Human Resources – Tavor Enoshi

    Director of Human Resources – Tavor Enoshi

    Enoshi has a bachelor's degree in general history from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem and a master's degree in business administration. Enoshi has extensive experience in a variety of management positions in the human resources world, he has served as Director of Human Resources at the consulting and accounting firm Deloitte, Human Resources Manager at the Ichilov Hospital Health Corporation, VP of Human Resources in the Academic Studies of the College of Management and Organizational Consultant at “Lotem Sensing”.
    Enoshi joined the management team of Assuta Ashdod Hospital in January 2017.

  • Purchasing Manager – Zohar Navon-Pahima

    Purchasing Manager – Zohar Navon-Pahima

    Pahima holds a bachelor’s degree in human resource management and business administration, and a master's degree in business administration from Ben Gurion University, as well as a master's degree in public administration and Internal Audit from Bar Ilan University.
    Pahima, among his various positions, also served as the VP of Logistics and Distribution Chain at a large distribution company in the field of pharmaceuticals and medical equipment and project manager at a logistics consulting and planning company and in a variety of positions in the IDF in the Medical Corps in the fields of management, medical equipment and logistics operations.
    Pahima completed his military service in the position of managing the Medical Supplies Center - the entity that provides medical equipment and medicines in the IDF
    At Assuta Ashdod, Pahima serves as the head of the Hospital's Procurement and Logistics Department, and is responsible for all the equipment required to transport the Hospital, as well as to maintaining its status as a leader in innovation, thus maintaining its status as the leading Hospital in Israel.

  • Information Systems Manager – Amos Etzion

    Information Systems Manager – Amos Etzion

    Amos Atzion has extensive experience in leading, developing, and implementing information systems in global organizations. Prior to joining Assuta Ashdod as the Chief Information Officer, Amos served as the Vice President of Information Systems at Ex Libris Group, a world leader in developing information systems for academic and national libraries. Previously, he held a series of senior management positions in information systems at global companies such as Resko Group, Verint, and others. Atzion holds a bachelor's degree in Agricultural Economics and Management from the Hebrew University and an MBA from Ben-Gurion University of the Negev in Beer Sheva.

  • Marketing Manager and Spokesperson – Ohad Yehezkeli

    Marketing Manager and Spokesperson – Ohad Yehezkeli

    Yehezkeli holds a bachelor's degree in social sciences with a specialization in political science from Bar Ilan University, and among his various positions he served as a spokesman for MK Tzipi Hotovely as Chair of the Committee for the Advancement of Women, MK Othniel Schneller as a member of the Knesset's Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, and later served as advisor to the Minister of Communications, Minister Eli Yishai, as Deputy Prime Minister, Chairman of the Shas movement and Minister of the Interior, and as communications advisor to the Minister of Science and Technology Ofir Akunis.
    Yehezkeli has extensive experience in the field of communication in its various forms.
    As of 2020, Ohad has been the spokesman and marketing director of the Assuta Ashdod Public Hospital.

  • Director of Laboratories - Dr. Hannah Leskes

    Director of Laboratories - Dr. Hannah Leskes

    Dr. Leskes holds a PhD from the Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
    In her previous positions, Dr. Leskes served as director of the Laboratories Department at Rambam Medical Center, director of the Laboratories Department at Ichilov Medical Center, senior vice president of business development at a diagnostics company, and in various academic positions, including as a lecturer in the Technion's Faculty of Medicine.
    Dr. Leskes joined the Hospital since the day of its inception: "I came to my position as director of the Hospital's Laboratories Department out of a desire to contribute from the vast experience I gained both in academia and in public laboratory medicine, to the formulation of a high-level diagnostic supportive medicine service."

  • General Counse - Adv. Michal Geller Weingarten

    General Counse - Adv. Michal Geller Weingarten

    Michal holds a bachelor's degree in law from the Hebrew University and a master's degree in commercial law from Tel Aviv University. For over a decade, she worked at the law firm Naschitz Brandes Amir & Co., specializing in litigation and medical malpractice. She has extensive experience representing hospitals, health funds, and private physicians in the fields of medical malpractice and healthcare. Afterwards, she was appointed as a legal counsel in medicine and risk management at Assuta Medical Centers Ltd. Since 2023, Michal has served as the Chief Legal Counsel of the hospital. Michal has extensive experience in managing risks of medical systems and dealing with and advising on medico-legal issues.

  • Director of Fundraising and Strategic Relations - Yael Yativ

    Director of Fundraising and Strategic Relations - Yael Yativ

    Yael Yativ holds a law degree from Reichman University, interned at the Supreme Court, and is a registered lawyer in Israel. Among her previous positions, Yael worked for 13 years at Reichman University and managed the entire overseas fundraising campaign. Additionally, Yael accompanied the major donations to the institution and gained extensive experience in various aspects of the field. For the past 7 years, Yael served as Vice President at the Open University and as Head of the Resource Mobilization Department. Yael re-established the department and set up 5 friends' associations in Israel and abroad, achieving a historic milestone in fundraising for the university. Yael is a serial volunteer for associations and organizations aimed at reducing gaps in Israeli society and promoting geographical and economic peripheries in Israel. Since May 2023, Yael has served as the Director of Fundraising and Strategic Relations at the public Samson Assuta Ashdod Hospital.
